Well well well, we’re here once again, for week six of Ohanacraft Weekly News this time with server updates including bug fixes, a new staff member and also just some Safehaven II Sneak Peaks!
Let’s begin with the bug fixes this week shall we? So what has been fixed on Ohanacraft well, quite a few things. First of all you may have noticed some changes to the Lobby these changes are the addition of clearer pathways, new holograms and extra portals. The purpose of these changes is to make the lobby more understandable and accessible to both new and old players! But we also got a bug fix in OC4. PastelleShadow and I have edited the item database and our changes have focused on shortening item names so you can sell more stuff on signs! For example gunpowder can now just be called “gpowder” along with quite a few others. But we also had further testing for Rebel Wars, a project being helmed by Minecrafter10081 the main DevOP for Ohanacraft and not much is new apart from a complete player data wipe which was expected but this was in order to update and test things. Finally for more server updates: There is a new Hide & Seek map called “Batcave” and Pizza did an event over our last Livestream!
Wait what? Livestream Go here to watch and stay tuned for the next stream on Saturday this coming weekend:
As for the new H&S map it was built by Minecrafter10081 and Do00o and the build adjustments were by me, J6 and some others. But here’s some pictures!
So finally we come to what you all have hopefully been waiting for, Safehaven II info and the info is a release date! Yes Safehaven II will be hitting our server just in time for OC’s 5th Anniversary meaning the production will be winding down but there’s still a ton to do. Including… QUESTS! Yes Quests are coming along with magic, monsters and mechanics oh and many new enchantments, advancements and machinery so remember the date! This December Safehaven II will launch and continue the Safehaven Saga!
